How to plan for college? 

You probably already know that the sooner you start planning for college, the better your chances of achieving your goals of attending the school of your choice and paying for it.

Also, the sooner you start saving for college, the fewer loans you’ll need.

There are lots of steps to take in the college planning process, especially to obtain financial aid.  To make it easier for you, following are links to calendar timelines by grade with suggested steps to be taken by month during your high school junior and senior years. 

Be sure to tailor each timeline by reviewing it with your parents,  guidance counselors and college admissions personnel to make sure you’re on track with the particular schools you’re seeking to attend:
